EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
The Employment Services program considers the individuals we support as builders of our future. We believe in the potential of each person and treat every person equally. We assist people to explore various career opportunities and offer training such as First Aid/CPR, WHIMIS, defensive driving and other trainings that will provide them with the skills necessary to become successful in their job of choice. Employment Services also offers supports in the community as well as on-going job coaching.
COMMUNITY ACCESS SUPPORTS
Community Access Supports are intended to assist people to make community connections and engage in activities such as volunteer work, literacy training, sports, music, leisure activities etc… These supports are offered individually or in groups based on the person’s preference and the availability of community options and agency resources.
CLINICAL SERVICES
A wide variety of specialized support services are provided by, or accessed through
the clinical services program. The services of a behavior therapist are available to
assist some individuals to develop skills and communication tools to regain control
personally and in their relationship with others.
Through various partnerships and purchase of service, other clinical interventions
and supports are available such as psychiatric assessment and treatment, speech/
